Q: How do I trust that I won't be scammed by your services?
A: We provide a safe and reliable service to my customers. We have been selling/buying Pokerstars play money since late 2006. Until recently, we have branched out to other sites as well. If you are a new customer, you can request to transfer smaller increments - let us know and we can work it out.

Q: What payment options are available if I want to purchase chips?
Acceptable payment options includes Credit Cards/Debit through Paypal / Plimus, Pokerstars / Full Tilt Real Funds, Moneybookers, Western Union, Moneygram, or other methods that may be arranged by the buyer.

Q: I just sold some chips to you, how do you pay me?
A: You can request to receive payment through Paypal or Pokerstars / Full Tilt Real Funds.
Q: How long does a transaction (buy or sell) usually take?
A: If selling play chips, it will take approximately 3-5 mins after seller transfers play chips from his/her account to our account. If buying play chips, buyer will receive their play money ASAP upon receipt of payment.
Q: I need to contact you ASAP, what is the best way to get in touch with you?
A: The best way to contact us is via Live Support. If the icon shows offline, the next best way is to use MSN messenger. Our MSN messenger is: pokerhex@shaw.ca, feel free to add us. Q: Why are you ignoring my MSN messages?
A: Please no begging for free chips, asking for loans, or any other favors besides trading chips or else you will be ignored!
Q: What other services do you offer?
